  9. Here come a set of cool NewIcons for the game:
  10. HIRED GUNS
  11. These icons are in 16 or 32 colours, no MagicWB icon this time, cause
  12. originals are already cool. BUT I made for the first time some
  13. GlowIcons(C), most of icons are in Standar or Glow NewIcons !!
  14. If you don't know GlowIcons, download now from Aminet.
  15. In this package are a full Nicon replacement for all games icons!!!
  16. (including the 12 guys!)

  20. -3 game docs and one hints doc
  21. -3 screenshots from the amiga game including the whole map!
  22. -some pics I used to work on this iconset...
  23. -the 3 chars pics from aminet!!

  29. ABOUT THE GAME PIRACY PROTECTION:
  30. I'm proud of this so I tell it again: This game was the first that
  31. I ever cracked for and by myself directly in 68k!
  32. In fact you have only 1 byte to change in the main exe file to crack it..
  33. So you can find 2 things on the aminet to crack it by yourself: the
  34. famous Amiga Patch List or the shareware DaCoolPatcher.
  35. BUT!!! I can tell you there is sometime, depending your version, a second
  36. copy protecion!! I discovered it, it happens on the 6th saving on HD or
  37. floppy, The game stops or bug, and all your saves are destructed. So to
  38. test your version (before inviting 3 mates to finish the whole campaign..)
  39. save 6 or 7 times in any manners(not in RAM:!). If you can do it.. then,
  40. it's ok... I discovered a game with this protection , and another without,
  41. the only huge difference is the size of the main exes... strange.

  43. If you think you need MWB I think you need to upgrade your
  44. amiga...

  47. 12 NIcons are original chars one but in 32 cols!!!
  48. 11 NIcons for the aminet chars (3 from P.Trauth & 8 from me)
  49. 4 NIcons for the main file (Guys16or32)
  50. 5 NIcons for the game drawers (Game&Convert&Chars)
  51. 1 NIcon for the convert prog, like the original but in colors
  52. 5 GlowIcons for the main file (Guys16or32)
  53. 9 GlowIcons for the game drawers (Game&Convert&Chars)

  55. There can be 3 versions of these icons
  56. Low:      for the 640x200 users
  57. Standard: for the 640x420,320x200
  58. High:     for the 640x420,320x200, or even the 640x200

  62. Now if you want me to increase this collection of Icons, email me some
  63. CovertArt (that is a scan of the box) or ScreenGrab (with something
  64. usefull to be transformed into NewIcon.

  81. I started to make BAT2 and in GlowIcon style!! :)
  82. I will also update the Rainbow Islands set with a GlowIcon found
  83. on aminet... stay tuned for NI_rwi11.lha to replace RIicon10.lha
  84. Next, I will TRY to make New Zealand Stories & Toki...
  85. YEP because I have found the arcade machines emulators...
  86. I would love to make Traps n' treasure, but I don't have anything

  88. HOW TO
  89. This iconset was realised with HRTmon 2.25 and WHDload 9.1 !
  90. The 2nd is supporting the 1st, the 2nd is running the game,
  91. and the 1st is... a free Action Replay MKIII software clone !!
  92. The 1st is freeware and the 2nd shareware, you can find on the www
  93. pages HRTmon 2.25 and WHDload 9.1 than both supporting themself !
